This section is dedicated to the history of archaeological research in Newfoundland and Labrador.It includes three papers by students and graduates from the Archaeology Unit at Memorial University of Newfoundland. Each paper deals with a different aspect of research.
As well, it includes two timelines, which were originally appendices included with two of the papers. These chronologies outline the events and people who made significant contributions to our understanding of the Province's remote past.
